MUSCLE ACHE!

Hey people,now i had muscle ache all around the body so i cant hardly move..what happened?i am too old to do any exercise or i haven been exercising..had my NAPFA today..did quite alright but everything seems to go back 1 step..

School today was quite tough..had boring lessons which was conducted by **** ****..go figure out urself..she kept talking non-stop to herself..she dont even know if we do understand..shes like some nun chanting around..

Had 2 free periods today as teachers are all off for BAND SYF!then we were like doing our stuff and overdue homework..after lessons,was off for dance practice..was piss again but afterall,everything turn out right..from tml onwards..i will have to stay in school till 6pm until my SYF ends..and this also means i dont have much time to study for mid-yr exam!its 14days to mid-yr exam!

Went to the library after eveything and had my lunch cum dinner..and now i am here posting..i feel that my eyes can shut down anytime..so till then..i am off now..=)
